A1 Small Business

When you start your small business one of the last things you probably think about is workplace safety, and yet this is a crucial area, especially if there's only you in the business.  What happens if you fall over one of those trailing cables on the floor and break your arm?  Who is going to carry on the business whilst you're incapacitated?  Unfortunately it's not as far fetched a scenario as you may think.

It may seem that it shouldn't matter how you treat your employees, or how much you pay them, they are there to work, and work they should - but it's an undisputable fact that badly motivated staff do not produce the same high results as a company where staff motivation is high.

The figure relating to the amount of small businesses is constantly increasing as more and more people decide to opt out of traditional employment and chance their luck at running their own business.  Often they may have experience in one or two areas of business management, but usually they aren't qualified to do everything that running a business requires.

Basically, a business opportunity seeker is someone who doesn't want to start their own business, but wants to be their own boss.  Someone who works for a cosmetics company that sells products at parties given in the homes of client would come into this category for example.
